Job Summary: The Manager, of Education Programs will be responsible for overseeing the operations and quality assurance of training programs. This position acts as a customer success contact for companies and individuals using TCIA's training programs and products, and will engage and assist company admins and TCIA Qualified Trainers to contribute to the successful execution of TCIA's training programs.
Essential Job Functions:
- Oversee process and workflow for training programs.
- Oversee the maintenance and improvement of the product quality including database management, upgrade implementations, data integrity, security, quality, and reporting.
- Enforce policies relevant to certifications and qualifications.
- Manage LMS records approval and processing.
- Manage security of tests and questions libraries.
- Oversee the quality control of records handling.
- Oversee Certification Programs task/data analysis.
- Work closely with grant recipients using TCIA's training programs.
- Manage and support TCIA's Qualified Trainers program.
- Manages and Supports Company Training Hubs
- Conduct audits of external reviewers and assessors who authenticate supporting documents and measures skill competency.
- Review existing training programs, suggests enhancements and modifications to improve engagement, learning, and retention to meet the changing needs of members, organization, or industry.
- Ensure that training materials and programs are current, accurate, and effective.
- Maintain knowledge of new methods and techniques for training, and training requirements applicable to the organization and/or industry.
- Required to travel and attend, as requested, to TCI EXPO.
- Perform other duties as needed.
Required Skills & Abilities:
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills, detail oriented, and excellent customer service skills.
- Strong computer, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong project management skills required.
- Experience in monitoring and auditing programs preferred.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems preferred. Brightspace experience would be a plus.
- Skilled in communicating clearly and accurately within verbal and written mediums.

Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field preferred.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience:
- Related experience with an association, non-profit organization, or similar organization and direct supervisory experience required.

Work Location: Hybrid remote. Required to be in the office in Manchester, NH 03101 Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday - remotely Monday and Friday.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $54,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
