Job Description
As a Leadership and Management Instructor, you will play a pivotal role in guiding individuals towards becoming effective leaders and managers in their respective fields. Your primary responsibility is to design, develop, and deliver comprehensive leadership and management training programs that empower participants with the necessary skills, knowledge, and mindset to excel in their roles.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Education, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in leadership and management roles, with a strong understanding of leadership principles, management practices, and organizational dynamics.
  • Ability to pass a background check, have valid US driver’s license and good driving record.

 

Preferred Qualifications
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing and delivering leadership and management training programs, workshops, or courses, preferably in a corporate or professional development setting.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and communicate complex concepts effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport, inspire confidence, and motivate individuals to maximize their potential.
  • Certification in training and development (e.g., CPLP, CPTM) and/or leadership assessment tools (e.g., MBTI, DISC) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in instructional design methodologies, learning management systems, and technology-enhanced learning tools.

 

Physical Demands
Ability to occasionally lift 10 pounds, ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time, use hands to operate computer keyboard, telephone, and other basic office equipment, and ability to work with diverse populations. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear, and use a phone. Reading, writing, calculating, social interaction skills, reasoning/analysis, and ability to work with minimal supervision, high degree of problem-solving and high level of inter-personal skills is preferred. Work is routinely performed in an classroom environment.
