Westchester Community College was founded in 1946 as the New York State Institute of Applied Arts and Sciences in White Plains. In 1957, the County of Westchester bought the 360-acre John Hartford estate in Valhalla and designated 218 acres for the community college. Job Description:

The Paralegal curriculum seeks adjuncts for Medical Malpractice and Criminal Law courses.

Requirements:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: A minimum of a Master's degree and one year of practical experience is required. 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: A Juris Doctorate (JD) is strongly preferred.   An active law license (preferably in NY) and experience working as or with paralegals is preferred. A minimum of one year of teaching experience is also preferred.

Additional Information:

SALARY & BENEFITS: $82.57 per hour. No benefits.
