Responsibilities
This is a full-time, work-from-home position. Our Software Training Instructors provide end-user training of Mitchell software products, such as communications, estimating, and body shop management software solutions to Mitchell clients in the collision repair industry. They also serve as a subject matter expert in the review and creation of Mitchell's product workflow guides, training material, and Help files.

- Utilize strong organizational skills and communication skills to facilitate end user customer training of Mitchell products via virtual instructor led training
- Provide follow-up support as needed
- Continuously seek and support new approaches, practices and processes to improve the efficiency and quality of training services provided
- Consults and assists customers with configuration of software and customer workflow based on user roles
- Completes accurate and timely reporting of all customer correspondence and activity
- Ability to travel on-site for the occasional in-person training, as needed
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Minimum Education:
- High School Diploma
Required Skills and Experience
- Body Shop, Auto Insurance, or Collision Industry experience
- Strong oral, written, listening and presentation skills
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Exceptional team player with high degree of integrity and professionalism
- Ability to build relationships with customers, cross-functional teams, and internal personnel
- Ability to work under minimal supervision and has a high level of personal initiative
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Body Shop/Collision Management software product experience preferred
- Experience with Mitchell RepairCenter and/or Michell Cloud Repair product experience desired
- Other Mitchell Auto Physical Damage Product experience a plus
- Microsoft Office
