Responsibilities
This is a full-time, work-from-home position.
Compensation: Competitive salary

- Utilize strong organizational skills, communication skills and experience facilitating end user customer training of Mitchell products via virtual instructor lead training
- Provide follow-up support as needed
- Continuously seek and support new approaches, practices and processes to improve the efficiency and quality of training services provided
- Consults and assists customers with configuration and work flow design
- Completes accurate and timely reporting of all customer correspondence and activity
- Performs other duites as assigned
Qualifications
Minimum Education:
- High School Diploma
Required Skills and Experience
- Body Shop, Auto Insurance, or Collison Industry experiece
- Strong oral, written, listening and presentation skills
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Exceptional team player with high degree of integrity and professionalism
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Mitchell RepairCenter and/or Mitchell Cloud Repair product experience preferred
- Other Mitchell Auto Physical Damage Product experience a plus
- Microsoft Office
