Job Summary


 

This Instructor of English as Secondary Language position prepares and delivers excellent instruction as a part-time instructor for Georgia Highlands College, a multi-site college in the University System of Georgia.

The course will be located at a company off of GHC campus.

Responsibilities


 

Continuing Education Parapro/Professional Part Time:

  • Is responsible to understand, support, and carry out the college¿s mission, vision, and values and comply with mandates and regulations of government and accrediting bodies.
  • Evaluate student progress in attaining goals, objectives, and learning outcomes
  • Maintains accurate records of student attendance, schedules and course requirements regarding hours of instruction and content.
  • Maintains timely and proper communication with students and Manager of Continuing and Professional Education via phone, email, and other electronic means.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications


 
  • Bachelor's Degree in Spanish or related field.

Proposed Salary


 

This position is set to start February 2024 and salary is $1500 for 8 week course.

The course is set to meet twice a week.
