Title: Nursing Faculty

 
Bargaining Unit/Salary Level:

Salary and Benefits commensurate with the Agreement between the MCCS Trustees and the MEA Faculty Unit. Pay range is mid 40s to low 50s based on credentials.

Responsibilities:

This full-time faculty position begins in the Fall 2024 semester. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching classroom, theory and laboratory and courses, clinical assignments, as well as maintaining course syllabi. This position will be responsible for teaching both online and in-person.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in nursing with enrollment in an MSN program.
  • Current, unencumbered R.N. Licensure in Maine.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Master’s degree in nursing. Consideration will be given to candidates enrolled in an MSN program.
  • Recent clinical experience in medical surgical and/or geriatrics.
  • Previous experience teaching in nursing.
